exercise - 7,000 steps on my fitbit....

I'm having a lot of head hunger tonight, but I'm doing my best to resist.

E: not enough, only 5,500 steps
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

B: Oikos Triple Zero Greek yogurt in toasted coconut
L: 1/4 cup fat free Trader Joe's refried beans with shredded Mexican blend cheese
D: 1/4 cup fat free Trader Joe's refried beans with shredded Mexican blend cheese
S: Crystal Lite with a scoop of unflavored Biochem protein powder
W: 50 oz (work was slammed all dang day! I had to fight to get tha****er in)
V: On track
E: 6,432 steps (walking laps around our office building on my lunch talking to my sweet boyfriend on the phone doesn't feel like exercise at all I love it!)
Breakfast: Egg and a slice of deli chicken
Lunch: Split pea soup, and i bite of toast
Dinner: Pork and green beans
V: check
W: need to drink 6 more oz for the day
Exercise: went around Costco at least 3 times today and then did the same at Sam's club. Don't know how many steps but it felt like a marathon :)
