Lunch: split pea soup, skirt steak
Dinner: chicken marsala, green beans

Exercise: feeling sluggish today, only about 3200 steps so far today

I wasn't going to post, but then decided, "Heck, I'm no angel. I shouldn't post only when I have good days (which are most days)." Any new VSGers reading this -- Don't eat this way. This is a good example of what not to do.
B: 2 eggs, fresh fruit, gallo pinto
L: About 20 small coconut cookies with almond milk. (Got terrible indigestion from them.)

Hungry as hell today, cutting back on carbs from the holidays. Trying to chug decaf coffee and tea to help! Even had two diet Dr Pepper.

I'm on day 12 of 14 for my pre-op liquid diet .. I'm proud of myself for not only not cheating
but also because I didn't harm anyone or need bail money

Dinner - vanilla premier protein shake
Snack - healthwise amaretto hot chocolate or a sf jello cup
