Keep on keeping' on brother! We have rarely seen eye to eye, but I have a ton of respect for you and what you just said is going on my wall!

Oh man, all of the things listed by everyone is my life right now (hoping to be scheduled for surgery in March) and the tears are streaming down my face.  I can't wait to say that I can "look back" on this.  It will be a dream come true to be free from these struggles!
