I have been heavy about 5 years, happened after a car accident and my lower back is all messed up now.

I went shopping tonight for the rest of my liquid diet items, omg why is it so hard to find sugar free and no sugar added things? I finally managed to find sugar free Popsicle, is it always this difficult?

I bought: Propel, G2 low carb gatorade, Powerade Zero, trop 50 oj, pineapple juice, 2% milk, crystal lite no sugar added, propel with truvia, sugar free Popsicle tropicals and orange, grape & cherry, outshine no sugar added Popsicle, chicken broth no sodium added free range, jello.

Any other suggestions?
