What cha Eating today? VSG'ers?
The sausage and broccoli bake sounds good. Do you have a recipe that you could share?

I browned some sweet Sauage , I like Johnsville the best. You can use any kind though. I've also made it with chicken Sauage. A can of cream of broccoli soup mixed with half a can of water. ( I used the low fat version from Campbells) Some chopped up broccoli, spices to your taste. ( I use Mrs. Dash) a little bit of shredded mottzarella cheese ( low fat) and I sprinkled whole wheat bread crumbs over the top, baked it for about 20 minutes on 350.

D: trying to find some inspiration, totally don't feel like eating and way of the targets for the day. Probably going to do a protein shake to try an up the numbers with minimal input.
