Hi,

I haven't seen this post in a few days, and I miss it.  So here it is.  Join me in sharing your menus.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crustless cheeseburger quiche

Dinner - crock pot thai chicken in peanut sauce

Snack - humus and wheat thins

Vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - lots of house cleaning.  Now that we retired, we are trying to get a handle on the house and all the junk that my pack-rat husband has accumulated.  So lots of trips up the stairs and out to the garage, and to the dump.  It feels good to get the house looking better again.

18 month checkup was supposed to be today, but I did not get my bloodwork done in time, so it is rescheduled to 12/30!  That will keep me on track through Christmas and leftovers.  Pffft!  The good news is that my weight is fluctuating towards the low end of the scale again and I am expecting another drop.

Baked about 200 cookies for my family. Didn't eat a crumb of them myself! I made them because for the first time in years, I can stand long enough to make the dough and bake the cookies. I had to give it up for years because my weight made my back ache after only a few minutes on my feet. My family is ecstatic to have their favorites once again.

B: Protein coffee

L: Leftover pork roast

D: Sauteed sea scallops over arugula w/light vinaigrette.

S: Tangerine, black coffee w/vitamin gummies

W&V: On track

E: Walk around neighborhood this evening to admire the decorations.

It is excellent that you can now stand long enough without pain to make the cookies, and even better that you can resist eating them.  Your menu for the day sounds great.  I love sea scallops.

merry Christmas!

I know!  A very tasty day.  We have a great bbq place where we can get the pulled pork and pulled chicken without the sauce.  And I ended up with over 19,000 steps - it was just one of those days.
