Did well over New Year's Eve and day.

B: Nacatamal (a Nicaraguan specialty), fresh papaya

L: Handful toasted sunflower seeds, fresh papaya

D: TBD

Water: On track

Vitamins: Done

Exercise, 4,000 steps so far. Walking to restaurant tonight. Will probably total around 9,000.

Keep going, cappy! When I started walking in New Orleans two months ago, I could barely do 1/2 mile. By the time I left 7 weeks later, I could walk 3-5 miles. Of course, it helped that NO is so flat; no hills to climb.

Heya!

B- 1/2 Dannon Oikos triple zero in toasted coconut

L- 1/4 cup fat free re-fried beans with about 1/8 cup lucern mexican cheese blend

d- tbd probably more means or yogurt or maybe mashed garlic potatoes

v- on track

w- not great I usually hi****er goals no problem but am not feeling it today, I've forced myself to drink some but don't think I'll hit 64 oz today

e- again not so great it's about 9 degrees outside so I didn't want to walk I barely wanted to go out to get my nails done.

It seems my motivation is somewhere sub sewer lately, I don't know why I feel so off, I've been weepy all day, maybe it's almost that time of the month? I can't tell with how out of wack my period has been since pre-op.
