Lunch: chicken marsala w/melted mozzarella
Dinner: grilled chicken breast w/mushrooms and cheese - sort of marsala-ed
W & V: on target
Exercise: over 10,000 steps so far

Breakfast: Cup of decaf coffee with french vanilla sugar free syrup and teaspoon powdered creamer. Hard boiled egg.
Lunch: 100 calorie Tuna Salad. 3.5 grams fat, 3 carbs, and 14 grams protein. 3 baby kosher dill pickles.
Afternoon snack: Premier Protein Shake
Dinner: Salmon with broccoli
Water: Working on it.....this is my vice!!
Exercise: Walking with a friend after work

Dinner - meatballs with parmesan cheese
Snack - hummus and crackers - twice
Water and vitamins - good
exercise - I've been walking...
I didn't feel well, so I slept a lot and ate more to settle my tummy. Hopefully I'll be back on track soon.
