Hi,
I've posted both of my favorite crustless quiche recipes on the recipe forum. I basically found recipes for crustless quiches, and substituted plain Greek yogurt for the higher calorie cream/mayonnaise ingredients. Its not as custardy as the higher calorie versions, but it works for me.
Here's one of the links. If you browse a bit on the recipe forum, you'll find the other.
best wishes,
Carol

I'm up maybe 2-3lbs from Christmas and my period. I'm off today, after a 3 day stint at work ending with a 12 hour shift and I'm coming down with something. I haven't moved off my bed in two hours. I desperately want to eat toast and coffee, but wanna come off the Christmas carb wagon!
So, I'm in bed sipping on a diet gingerale. I could go for some chicken noodle soup, too.
Blech.
Try and get some rest, hope you feel better quick.

Please bear in mind that Monday was a travel day for me -- from northern Virginia to Managua, Nicaragua. And I'm a nervous flier.
B: None, too nervous
L: Gin and tonic (during flight)
D: Gin and tonic, 1/4 cup cashews (during flight)
S: Chicken and salad, in Managua
W: Not enough
V: None. Couldn't pack them; they took up too much room
E: 3 miles lugging backpack and rolling suitcase through Dulles and Miami airports.
I don't recommend this day as anything to be copied, but it worked for me to keep me sane on the airplane. I fly maybe 4 times a year. I do whatever I have to do to get through it.
