Hi all,

Merry Christmas eve day!

Are you planning your transgressions for the holidays?  I'm going to have pumpkin pie with lots of whipped cream both tonight and tomorrow.  I've been craving it since I had my one piece at Thanksgiving.  Hopefully, this will be my only transgression.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - cheeseburger quiche

Dinner - last of the crack slaw

Snack - pumpkin pie and whipped cream.

vitamins and water - on track

exercise - just walking

What's on your menu?
