good morning friends. In spite of my good intentions yesterday I failed miserably. I'm trying again today.

B: protein shake 

L: yogurt and granola 

D: potluck. I'm bringing buffalo chicken dip 

W & V: on track

E: no time today

I'm trying to get back on track today after a few days with extra cheats. 

Breakfast - meatballs with parmesan cheese

Lunch - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes

Dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins

water and vitamins - good

exercise - sigh - I haven't been good, but I'm trying to up the footsteps on my fit bit.

After I posted my intake on yesterday's thread, I ate a cup of dry Cheerios at 2 in the morning. We all goof. Let's forget about it and focus on today. 

B: Protein coffee

L: Sushi, seaweed salad

D: Sushi, seaweed salad

S: Black coffee, gummy vitamins

W: On track

V: Later today

E: Unless weather clears, no walking today. A good day to start using those exercise elastic bands I ordered weeks ago.

And NO Cheerios!

I ate 8 Christmas treats in the cafeteria. It was awful. Truffles, cookies, fudge. Today I had 4, so at least that wa better. The ices of fudge were tiny. But, at least I had a shake for breakfast. I wish I could not go to the cafeteria but I have to.

Went to our American Legion's District Christmas party - I had dinner before going. There were more desserts than actual food!
