Liquid vitamans

My doctor gave me capsules to take starting 2 weeks after surgery. I believe they are from WLSvitamins.com. I am just shy of 2 months out and have had no problems with the vitamins. I take a multivitamin for WLS, vitamin D, and a sub-lingual B12. I take all of mine in the morning.
I used the liquid vitamins for a while, they were fine for me. I switched to Trader Joe's High Potency Chewables -- they are very mild tasting, cheap, low calorie, and low carb. But if you want a different option, you might check out patch vitamins (patchmd.com). I know a lot of people who are using them and having great results -- no worry about taste or consistency, plus great lab results.
I switched to the patch after numerous people here (that I trust) reported back after using them for 6+ months and having good lab work results. I'll have 2nd year labs in February, so it'll be interesting to see what the results are.
The ASMBS says you only need chewables for 3-6 months, so if you're farther out than that, you can switch to regular pills.
