We haven't posted this in a while, and Monday is always a day for a fresh start!

E: Walking around the building after lunch (We have a track on the 3rd floor)

Was going to try to no carb it this week to drop a few lbs and feel skinny going to a wedding this friday - it's hard to go back to after so long... still in goal range, just thought I'd like to "feel skinny" for the wedding

Monday, Monday... After a carb-rich Sunday Birthday party for my grandson! Back on track... the story of my life!
Breakfast - crustless cheeseburger quiche - yum
Lunch - chicken and broccoli in a white sauce. also yum
Dinner - hamburger with cheddar cheese
vitamins on track
water - good
exercise - maybe... I've been putting a lot of effort into cleaning out the basement, so I've been getting in a lot of flights of stairs, and not much exercise. But I can live with that!

This is a hard one for me. I'm in Hawaii and it's only 10am.......but here's my plan for the day....
B: blueberry greek yogurt with chia seeds and a lil granola for crunch
S: cheese stick(yes, I still love these things)
L: meeting my sis in law at a Mexican Restaurant
S: chocolate protein shake mixed with almond milk and half a banana
D: I marinated chicken overnight in Italian dressing. Hubby will grill it and having it with salad.
S: thin slice of apple pie
Vitamins: on track so far for the day
Exercise: I can't for another week(i'm post op right now from plastic surgery, yay)
Water: on track so far....
Low key boring day and I don't mind! I'll be a year post-op on Wednesday. I think my weight loss is starting to slow down -- I'm about 15 lbs. from where I want to maintain at. We'll see what the scale says on Wednesday. It's been quite a year!

Feeling yucky today, but had a good workout. It's my green year anniversary of my first date with my husband, so we're going to go out to eat somewhere.
