I have finally made it to Surgery Day. It's my new personal holiday.

I just have to drop kids at school and then make the 3 hour drive to the big city for surgery. Thank you for all the well wishes and will check back as I can.

Congrats! You got this!! Get up and walk as much as you can in the hospital. It will work out the soreness. You will feel like you've done 1000 sit ups. I am one week out and have lost 20 lbs since surgery day!
