I agree - just beware, not everything goes and settles as you might expect.  I'm 1.5 years out and still have trouble with some vegetables - like the crackslaw (and everyone makes it sound so good).... also i unexpectedly had alot of trouble with soft fish for several months.

Hopefully the cookie monster has taken your rejection to heart and has gone off to bother someone else. My loves were multigrain breads and crackers but I don't crave them at all now. Got used to the protein first and that is now what I long for.

Simple answer is if you feel like you are ready then you are ready...however #1 your stomach is not hungry, your head is. Having been through this I can 1000% tell you that your head is causing this not your body. Your body right now just wants to heal...What does that mean? It means you need protein, because that is what heals wounds. You do not need nutrition, you have plenty of that in the fat you are burning and about to burn. Be very careful about your next steps forward, they will define your path to success and/or failure. Educate yourself on nutrition and exercise, it is a critical success factor.
