Right now your surgery is doing all the work. It won't last. Stop cheating yourself if you want to get to your goal and more importantly stay there.

be careful what you wish for...
but even with sugar - food intolerances - I can have a bite or 2 that will not make me sick. But those bite or 2 - will make me gain weight - if done often enough...
Losing was super easy.. and a second year- keeping my weight on was a challenge... but after that -it looked like every bit of cheating caused weight gain. being strict with yourself now - may help you in a long run...
