I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. I did! I was careful, didn't snack and made good choices, or had very small portions of the not so good choices. I'm thankful that I'm actually down a couple pounds because my hubby and I are headed to Vegas on Thursday! But, I'm back at school today and I have such a hard time resisting the snacks in the kitchen. I'll just keep chanting VEGAS, VEGAS, VEGAS and hopefully that will remind me to eat well.

B: leftover pork with a roasted chili and cheese

L: turkey casserole with green chilis, beans and cheese

D: pot roast

I'm going to try to resist a snack today, but if I can't I'll have a yogurt.

Have fun in Vegas Sarah!

I did great on Thanksgiving and made wise chases. I also ran a 10K (turkey trot)! With that being said, I didn't make great choices at our tailgate Saturday! I'm not beating myself up & tailgating season is now over!

B: 1/2 high protein english muffin + one soft boiled egg

S: 100 Cal pack of skinny pop

L: Chicken on a pile of spinach

D: Leftovers....pulled pork and green bean casserole

S: Skinny vanilla latte

Have fun!  It's been a few years since we've been back to the strip.

E:  over 10,000 steps so far - it got my weekly fitbit report, I'm down about 2000 calories burned a week according to them - every time I enter a new lesser weight, it messes with my calories burned - always reducing them
