SURGERY DAY!!!!

Good Morning All! 

Well today is my big day and I must admit I have missed emotions... As I lay here waiting for the rest of my pre-op visitors (surgeon, anesthesiologist, whomever else) I'm excited about this next chapter in my life. But, of course some anxiety simply because it's surgery. I've prayed...and my family and friends that know about the surgery have prayed so I trust God for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery.... When you hear from me again it will be after surgery.

Angela, you will do fine.  My starting weight was 283 day of surgery.  I am now at 244...in week 7.   It is a slight struggle to adjust at first, but by the time you reach 7 weeks things begin to feel normal again and you will feel so much better.  I have absolutely no regrets...well...only one...that I didn't do this sooner.  God's peace be with you.  Congratulations and welcome to your new life.
