Ok, I've got to know.....
I had coffee, but did wait a bit. I did do tea and hot chocolate though. Stevia is fine. My NUT did warn me though to try to wean of the constant sweet all day, even if it is non-caloric. It makes you crave sweet, and strong sweet too given our sweeters are potent. I listened at first and was shocked at how sweet a piece of fruit was. It doesn't taste like that anymore due to reverting back to constant sweetners in food.
