Before and After.. Sorrta..

I never really took any full body shot pictures.. I hated my picture taken. However; I have this picture from May and one from last weekend!

I just love before and after photos.  You can look in the mirror and not see it but when you have photos side by side.  WOW!  You look amazing!

Be sure and share your success with the entire OH community by adding your before and afters photos to our B&A photo gallery.

Click your user name in the upper right hand corner of the blue bar.

Add your before and afters at the bottom right of your profile page.

Be sure and click the little icon to the right to share with our community, then save.
