CONGRATS!  You are truly an inspiration!

I am currently pre-op for the sleeve and continue to have second thoughts about it.  I am very concerned about the hair loss possibility. 

Also, I have a 7 day cruise planned end of April 2016; at that time I will be 4 months post op... I'm so unsure how things will go for me on the cruise.  What can I eat, how will I handle the new restrictions and what will be available to me?  So many concerns which makes me wonder how does everyone else manage these situations? 

Can you offer suggestions or have you been in this situation?
