Im officialy sleeved!

So far pain has been minimal. I was a hard stick, but they eventally got 2 ports in me. So far im sleepimg alot and moderatly tender. Ive gone a bit hoars but no symptoms of junk of my lungs.

They put me on lorazopam and daulidad, so these seem to be a good mix because i dont feel yucky.

Im sleeping ok but the dr is concerned about my low heart rate when alseep. My awake numbers are in the 70 beats /min. The sleeping heart rate is 40 beats/mins

The doc should be in today with a plan and to figure out the source of my low hearbeat. He wil run an upper GI on me today to check for leaks

yay you and your officially sleeved day!  rest up and let your doc sort out your heart rate.  this is your beginning for wonderful days ahead.

Congrats, I'm 5 days post op and doing pretty good over all. Was a downer somewhat seeing the scale tell me I gained like 4-5 pounds once I came home the next day but considering how much IV fluid they pushed in the hospital I'm not surprised. Welcome to the next stage of the journey.

When you 1st started back on fluids did it feel painfully tight and kind of stabby when the liquid reached your stomach?
