Congratulations on your weight loss!  Be sure and share your success with the entire OH community by adding your before and afters photos to our B&A photo gallery.

Click your user name in the upper right hand corner of the blue bar.

Add your before and afters at the bottom right of your profile page.

Be sure and click the little icon to the right to share with our community, then save.
