4 months 8 days

I'm 4 months and 8 days post-op. Things seem to be going really well. I'm down a total of 96.3 lbs and 73.4 lbs down since my surgery date. My hair started falling out like crazy about 2-3 weeks ago which sucks but a small price to pay for getting my life back. I feel amazing and am so glad that I made the decision to have weight loss surgery.

That's really great. Thank you for sharing your results!

What was the hardest thing to adjust to post-op? I'm going in for surgery this Saturday. Nervous!

Thank you!

There have been a few things here and there. The most difficult thing is my emotional attachment to food. Post-op I've dealt with a few stressful things and a death in the family. My immediate reaction is to reach for food for comfort and that really just isn't an option anymore.

Best of luck to you! :)

I want to get myself release from this bulky shape. I wish I could see more pictures right after your surgery. I am looking for best hospital in Korea for having liposuction on arms and tummy tuck reduction very soon. i have been doing research for that.

congratulations on your weight loss.  73 pounds in 4 months is excellent.  Great job working that sleeve.

Yup, the hair loss is not fun, but it is temporary.  By your one year surg-iversary, your hair will be coming back, and you will be so much healthier.

Thank you! While the hair loss is super irritating it's worth it. :)

Good job!  I lost a ton of hair, but I realized that I had a ton of hair, so it wasn't really noticeable.  It was alarming seeing the clumps come out in the shower, but it ended around month 8 for me.  Keep up the good work.

Thank you!

Yeah, it's weird seeing how much comes out. I'm just sick of seeing my hair all over the sink, shower, and floor. LOL
