5 months since surgery and I'm down 110 pounds today from 430... with binge eating disorder, no less!

I did uncover some unpleasant truths along the way.  My highest weight was over 700 pounds and my right knee needs to be replaced as a result.  I also have degenerative disk disease and I'm still under 40. My doctor said 90% we will fix for sure.

Even if 10% of my health isn't quite 100%, I am still very fortunate. I am grateful to all of you for helping me along the way.  I would never have been able to do it without all the help and support here.  Thank you guys so much!  I will always be grateful for my WLS family.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

You are such an inspiration to me.  What a milestone to be down over 100 lbs in 5 months.  It's amazing, you are rockin' that sleeve.  Hopefully your ongoing weight loss will decrease the pain you must be feeling in that knee, and in your back.

What wonderful success! I'm so, so happy for you. You've lost more than half your body weight from your highest. That is so incredible.

Congrats to you! That is amazing loss! You are doing great! I've already had 3 knee replacements and this will be a piece of cake compared to those surgeries. My surgery is Nov 30! I hope to as good as you!!
