First time overeating- lesson learned!

Had chicken wings for dinner, usually do 3 small ones and tolerate them fine.  Tonight I was starting to feel full after 2 but they tasted good so are the third.  Now I'm quite uncomfortable in my stomach and chest.  I won't be doing that again anytime soon.

Really hope I haven't stretched my sleeve!  :-(

Thanks Gwen!  Even though I know that in my head it helped to have someone say it.  Cause dang was that unpleasant for 45" or so!!  Clearly will need to learn to listen to my body, wouldn't want that feeling again anytime soon!

One of my doctors said to stretch the sleeve you'd have to overeat to the point of throwing up for many, many times.  You'd have to do it so much you'd probably notice weight gain and other issues long before the sleeve stretched.  The part of the stomach we have left is the very muscular and non-stretchy part.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I'm pretty sure we've all experienced that feeling once. I know I've done this and won't do it again. I weigh all my food and when my stomach tells me to stop, you bet I stop!
