Thanksgiving Recipe-- or for later

Epicurious has a vegan "turducken" that looks so amazing!  I'm a meat eater, and so I'll save this recipe for a Sunday.

I've been looking through recipes because I've gone of the rails the last three days by eating sugar and carbs.  6 months out and I fell right off the bandwagon.  Back on today.
