Fit*****arge not tracking HR accurately?

Question for Fitbit users...my Fit*****arge was not tracking my HR correctly at Planet Fitness this am.  Every time I looked it said my he was in the high 70s.  Based on the sweating/could barely breathe factor I'm sure it was much higher.  When I gripped the reader on the machine is said 140's-150's which I'm pretty sure was accurate.  Has anyone else had this issue??

I would restart the Fitbit and if still not working correctly contact Fitbit support. All electronic devices crash sometimes and a restart usually fixes the error.
