Yes you are fabulous! I've already put up a B4 & after post, so that's my fabulousness (I know probably not a word) for the day, week, month etc. I'd luv to get a Harley Davidson softail classic in purple, my favorite color. So I'm so luvin your bike right now. lol

Fabulous just seems like to weak of a word to describe you and what you have done.

Only very few people that do this seem to be able to grasp the concept and all the steps and can view and live the big picture.

One thing that always stuck in my head from the very first meeting with my surgeon...... He used the term "Better quality of life" to describe the goal.

That is you..... at goal weight and appreciating the better quality of life.....

Here is a pic of me and one of my putt putts from a couple years ago......maybe a new pic shortly.... have my eye on a Ducati !

Frisco thank you so much!

Although it was more than three years ago, I still remember very clearly looking around this board and sorting out who was succeeding in a FABULOUS way :-). It was you, Elina, Diane and a few others, all using the same approach. The smartest thing I did was copy all of you. Easy peasy, right ????

Sweet putt putt. Oh and I do love those Ducs!  You bad boy you!  Would love to put one in my stable.

Thanks so much Carol!  When I review the current 'greats' you are always on my list. What you've achieved is beyond fabulous!

It's weird as I get further out and people either don't remember I was heavy or never knew me that way.  As I reflect on where I am now, my memory the struggle is becoming more distant, but one that still influences my thoughts and actions day to day. But that's a whole other post, isn't it :-)

you are indeed fabulous.  I am scared of motorcycles but I do have a pic somewhere of me riding a horse.  This stable has a 200 lb weight limit for riders so my former self could not have done it.

Anyway its all about doing what you want,  good for you.  diane
