Sweat is Fat Crying

Years ago, I remember someone saying that sweat is fat crying.  I think of that now as I am sweating from trying to kick my 25 minute afternoon walk / stair climb into higher gear.  While I hate being sweaty at work, I will have to, unless I can find other time during the day.  

I am trying to enjoy my fat's cry and know that it will stop very soon. 

I used to avoid taking the stairs because I would be out of breath and my face would flush (deep purple), but I kept at it telling myself I could rest if it got really bad and it would get better soon.  It is so much better.
