Whatcha Eating Today VSGers?? It's Friday!!
im so thankful it is Friday and that next week is Thanksgiving! I'm looking forward to some days off. This morning was a weird morning. My dad volunteered me for a chili cook off so I got up at 4:30 to make chili and it took longer than expected so I didn't have a normal breakfast.
B: leftover cheeseburger and some pretzel peanut snack mix
L: I think I'm going to get some Mexican to go because my afternoon is going to be weird too.
D: chili at the chili cook off. I hope I win! I won the last one I entered.
W & V: on track
E: ?
TGIF! Its been a challenging week, but I look forward to better days!
On the bright side, I lost a pound, and I'm not feeling deprived.

The Mongolian meatballs sound great. I did a search, but can't find a recipe. Could you provide specifics on the "spicy sauce" ? If it's half as good as crack slaw....

I wouldn't say these are as good as the crack slaw, but it is a nice change of pace from my usual food. I'm always looking for variety. Let me know what you think.

I've been feeling tense getting closer to my goal weight so I weighed myself today, well ahead of my monthly weigh in, which will be 12 months on Dec 9th - I lost another 5 pounds putting me in "overweight" BMI territory now! I've got another 15 pounds or so left -- hope that goes quickly, I've been pretty spoiled with my rate of loss so far.
