3 day Post-Op Fast Heart Raate

Hello everyone.  I'm day post-op day 3 from the sleeve procedure and was wondering if anybody else experienced tachycardia?  I've spoken with my surgeon and he is not alarmed.  I am experiencing absolutely no pain or discomfort, gas, or intolerance to fluids/shakes.  He mentioned that it could be I need to push more fluids and that I'm dry.  Just wondering if anybody else experienced this in the immediate post op days.

I'm about to start day 3 post op and I haven't had any issue like that. Other than the post surgical swelling and so on, that's the only issues I have had to deal with.

Yes, I had tachycardia postop as well. Mid to high one teens. Just the stress of the surgery on your body.
