True Results

Hello.  I just went for my consultation with True Results in Atlanta.  Everything seems to be going as planned.  They gave me all the information I needed for the VSG, my first appointment was scheduled, and my sleep study has been scheduled.  I have read several blogs about how to stay away from True Results but they seem to be rather old.  Has anyone recently used them for their surgery?

I looked at all of those posts and they looked to be rather old.  Some of them mentioned the Atlanta office closing but that is the one I went to last week.  I will just keep my fingers crossed that I don't have any issues with them.

I used true results Texas which advertised the vsg for $3500 and I got to select my surgeon.  I was skeptical at first but I can't say enough how pleased I was.  

I am 10 months out and have not paid anything except the $3500 for my out of pocket expenses and I love Dr Nicholson.  Best of luck.  

It is so good to hear a positive review about True Results.  Did you encounter any delays or was the period your insurance requires all you had to do?

I don't know anything about that group. But it's obvious you are worried and anxious. Wouldn't you be better off finding another hospital or program that you have complete confidence in? There are great surgeons in Atlanta with fantastic reputations. This surgery isn't something worth taking a gamble.

I just went through True Results in the Dallas, Texas area.  I went for my first consult in June and had my surgery in August.  I got to pick my doctor, Dr. Nicholson, and they set me up on a payment plan.  I pay $100/month.  It was the easiest thing I've ever done.  I loved their pre-op testing.  I just wish I could go back to them for them to redo it.  But they've always been very helpful to me. 

Did you use your insurance or were you a cash patient?  Two months is really quick to go through the process.  I have six months to wait.  Ugh

Kinda a little of both.  True Results will try and find a way to get you approved.

@msfitzy Did they do in house financing or did you go through Prosper?
