Does everyone really give up carbs?
Everyone is different but I find I cannot keep from regaining unless i stay away from bread, rice , pasta and potatoes. I also don't have room for enough protein if i eat that stuff. so i still do the "protein first" rule with some veggies. I get in trouble if I have any chips or crackers/
But do what works for you. just be aware you will be able to eat more in the future and getting out of the habit of too many carbs is a good thing. gl. diane
