How different does day to day life feel now morenergeny less pain. Have you been able to go off any medication? Just wondering I keep coming back to before and after pictures the difference is amazing. You should be real proud of your accomplishments.

Thank you! I am extremely proud. 

Life is amazing now. I have way more energy,  confidence, and no more joint/back pain. I no longer hide from the world. I was lucky enough not to let my obesity go long enough to require any meds so that wasn't an obstacle for me. I mean seriously, words can't even express the drastic improvement this has made on my life emotionally, physically, and mentally. I'm like a whole new person :-)

You really do look like a different person I can't wait most likely Feb.  Keep up the good work you have a lucky boyfriend

Kick your fiance in the shin and explain to him the term "Happy Wife (or fiance) is Happy Life". I think you look spectacular. You need to be happy with yourself, personally I think your before and after pics are quite encouraging for those of us that are on the same journey.
