So Close...Or am I? **Progress Pic!**
Girl you've got it goin on! Your pics just show that you know you're the bomb! For me the surgeon has me as a goal weight to be in the 180's which is only 10lbs away but I feel like I can do more, & I will. So if you feel like going for more, then go for it! Maybe go for one of those bod pods tests or that test that measures your fat to muscle ratio. Then you'll have a better idea of what to go for & still be considered healthy., in spite of those damn bmi charts.

I think its the machine they put you in to measure your fat to muscle ratio. I think you float in water or something like that. I know someone else mentioned it but probably colleges with an athletic department might have something similar. I haven't done much research into it. I wanted to wait till I got closer to my goal.

You look great. You decide your goal weight. Your boyfriend won't know the difference if you lose 10 or 20 or 25 unless you tell him. I can so relate I am 15 months out too... and am on my second round of 21-day-fix... LOL Once I hit one year losing got much harder. At this point I keep saying I am taking it 5 pounds at a time and then I will decide if there is 5 more to lose.
