It's Tuesday!  My Tuesdays (and Thursdays) are infinitely better since rearranging my exercise schedule.  It works better with my school schedule.  

1: frankenshake
2: leftover chicken thigh, peanut sauce, veggies
3: unclear - it's leftover night.  I'll probably have the leftover beef and pumpkin stuff from last night since it was AMAZING.  

liquids and vites: on track
exercise: 24:15 running for a total of 1.29 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 23:06 lifting (NROL break-in B)

College is going well!  I think I'm on track for straight As, which is awesome.  I'm enjoying my classes and I think I've gotten into my routine pretty well :D

Hi there! I see you had the insides of a chicken enchilada for lunch. Being less than a week out from surgery, I can't quite comprehend this filling you up...is it so? Fingers crossed my fear of food that has appeared over the last week is silly! :-)

The inside of an enchilada would fill me to the brim.  I'm 3 months out and still have lots of restriction, so over 2 ounces and I would be overfull if it were more than that.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

I'm very rarely hungry and I usually have a morning snack, however this morning I ate breakfast later. It was filling and packed with protein. The filling of the enchilada was just about 4 ounces and mostly chicken. I remember thinking the and thing before surgery! I kept on thinking about how will I be so active on so little food! I try and make good choices high in protein and I always have plenty of fuel for the day! I'm sure you'll figure out what works for you along the way! Good luck to you!

I haven't been a good eater. I will be today!
