Dress size
It took me 50-60 pounds before I needed to buy new clothes. I figure this is because my high-weight clothes were tight and ill-fitting an I was just too stubborn to admit it.

I have lost 85 pounds so far and have gone from 4X to only 1X.
I wondered about this for a while, studied my reflection in the mirror and have come up with the answer. I lost a lot of weight off my rear, hips and thighs. Smaller sizes, here I come, right? But in the meantime, my belly fat has reduced only slightly and has sagged lower, keeping my waist and hip girth larger than my overall weight loss would indicate, and keeping me out of regular sizes, despite a substantial overall weight loss.
Being short (5'1") and older (64) probably has a lot to do with where my fat is coming off or redistributing itself. I'll get into those smaller sizes soon. And 1X is a darn sight better than 4X.

At my largest, it took 50 pounds to go down or up a size. Then 35 for the next size down. Then 25, 15, and so on.
I think the relationship between sizes and weight is logarithmic. When you get close to a size 00, the relationship becomes an inverse tangent function approaching an asymptote.

I have lost more inches than pounds. HW-348 SW-298 CW-220. I wore size 30/5X at HW and now at CW size 16-18 pants. But I know sizes have changed since the last time I slide into this size.
I believe we all lose wt in different ways...more in upper, lower, feet etc. All I know is it is NICE and shows me, even with long stalls, that if I stick with protein first ALWAYS the wt will come off.
Edit:can't wait for IT to complete the updates so my ticker will indicate where I started and am currently with my wt

Try a different ticker. I use the one below...easy to change and use.
