What's your favorite broth?
Early out, I got the broth sold in cartons. It was my staple as my tummy wouldn't tolerate the protein shakes. I don't remember the brand - perhaps Swansons. I'd suggest trying a few and pick the one that appeals to you.
best wishes,

I preferred homemade chicken broth! Its easy to make and it tastes so much better than the carton. I also was a big fan of straining out the eggs and drinking the broth out of egg drop soup! I did that for a good three weeks post surgery and even tho I like egg drop soup I haven't had it since! lol! I think I over did it!

I bought pre-made broth that they use as the base for their various soups) from Asian restaurants. Cheap and tasty nutrition, especially if they make it from boiled bones.

I have a really dumb question. How do you make homemade chicken broth?
Many folks on OH have mentioned Isopure. Is this something that can be added to chicken broth? If so, will it change the flavor of the broth?
