Every day is a new day right! Tomorrow will be tough for me to stick to a plan as its a tailgating/game day Saturday. I'm working from home today and I have white chicken chili cooking and I will be bringing a blue cheese dip with veggies! Those are great options for me. With that being said I will also be making apple pie and pumpkin pie for my tailgate guests!! I will try and stick to the chili and veggies!

I've been walking some pretty steeps trails with my husband this week, in fact we did our fourth day in a row this morning and I feel so good. We are so lucky to live in an area that has several hiking trails of all fitness levels. Tomorrow, I'm going to try to see how fast I can walk a 5k, trying to get ready to walk a 10k in January. WLS has changed my life more than I thought possible.
