1: frankenshake
2: salad at panera
3: beef and pumpkin thing, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 15 minutes yoga (morning stretches for back pain)

Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche

Lunch -  pesto chicken

Dinner - mustard-crusted flank steak

snack - cucumber salad

exercise - recumbent bike

water - good

2 4 oz menudo 

3 3-4 oz grilled boneless ny strip and green beans

E: 3 mile hike this morning and additions 2 mile walk with my dog

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
