Yay Sunday.  I've got a busy day ahead, and a busy day already behind me, so my meals are a bit strange.  It's a 2-shake day due to time constraints and driving time.  

I finished up my first week of my new exercise schedule and I'm really happy with it.  :D

1: frankenshake
2: protein shake, cheese stick?
3: crack slaw

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 22 minutes lifting (NROL Break-In A), 30 minutes yoga (beginner relaxation)

Crack Slaw - Yum!

 

Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche

Lunch - chicken and broccoli au gratin - yum

Dinner - beef bolonnaise

Dinner- Pumpkin soup ( I saw a low carb recipe that looks great) 

S-chicken salad---if i'm hungry

Yay Sunday is right.  We're having friend over for dinner tonight, and then get to relax after a busy week.  

B: Hickory Farms Grilled Chicken Bites with honey mustard sauce.

S: Light and Fit yogurt

L: not sure I'll have any because of the BBQ tonight

D: Hamburger without the bun, carrots and green beans

E: on track, 3 mile hike this morning

W: on track to 100 ounces

V: on track

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

My husband got a head start on celebrating Veteran's Day with a free meal from McCormick and Schmick's in Lombard, IL.  We ended up meeting a few other fellow submariners, which is rare.  There aren't many of them.  

I'll be doing my 11 month post-op weigh in tomorrow....I don't think it will be all that stellar this time, which has me nervous because overall I've been losing at a very good clip so far.

B:   Syntrax Nectar protein drink

L:   Parmesan crusted chicken, green beans

D:  2oz portion of chicken parmesan minus the sauce

W & V:  on track

E:   only around 7300 steps so far

Surgery Date: 12/9/14 - Highest Weight: 349 - Surgery Weight: 305 - Current Weight: 137
Goal reached in 13 months - 212 total pounds lost including pre-op

L: Sauteed zucchini, onions, mushrooms

D: Pork chop, more sauteed vegs

W&V: Done

E: Blowing my nose several dozen times a day from a cold.

B: Protein shake

L: Buffalo chicken protein casserole- made a bunch of individual servings for lunch this week.

S: fun size twix and a fun size Milky Way- oops!!

D: Wendy's on the way to sons indoor soccer- I had a Jr cheeseburger without the bun.  0.99!

Water: done

Vit: one more when I get home

Exercise: 3 1/2 mile walk this morning 

  Highest Weight: 268 pounds.  Surgery Weight 248 pounds.  Current Weight 142 pounds.  VSG 8/24/15 with Dr. Havaleshko

Everyone's meals sound so yummy. Inspired me to actually cook today. ha! :)

B - Vanilla Premier Protein Shake

L - Beef Tips & Baby Carrots w/ a little bit of gravy.

D - Double Decker Taco Cupcake

S - maybe a yogurt later

Water - Still working on it.

Vitamins - Patches on & took 2 Flintstones :)

Exercise - An hour jogging up and down the lap lane in the pool.
