ok life has just been nuts. How do I get back on track? Not eating bad more like not enough and my water intake has suffered as well. Almost 4 months out and I'm getting pushed aside by the busy life

suggestions?

Call your surgeon or at least your surgeon's nurse.  I was told that if I started to "fall off track," I needed to contact them and see if they could help me get back on track.  Hopefully you have the same kind of resource.  Don't beat yourself up over it, just be more conscious and plan ahead.... You can do it!  :)

I am going to state the obvious.  Take care of yourself.  It is essential that you eat your protein, water and vitamins every day to keep yourself healthy.  Its got to be a priority for the rest of your life.  You deserve the mobility and energy that comes from healthy living.

Its time to put your health first!

best wishes,

Carol

Hugs,  Take a moment and regroup. As the others have stated get others involved (doctor, nurse, support people)

You have to take time for yourself.  Your health is critical and you have to make it a goal.  I would start tracking food/water and see where you are.  Then work each day, each moment, to be better than you were the day before :)

You can do this, and you can get back on track.

Hugs

Prepare ahead. Have good food choices handy and don't give yourself permission to eat poorly

Thanks for the support. I will call my dietician and make an appt. I am not eating bad just forget to eat and sometimes drink. Day has passed me by and I'm like oh no!

While I like my surgeon, trust my dietician to get me back on track.

never not been hungry before so it's freaking me out ?
