Good exercise day for me. My husband and I have been hiking in the mornings to add extra steps and cardio. The elevation gain is such that I am huffing and puffing on a few of the uphills climbs, but I'm loving it. For a 58 year old with two knee replacements I'm pretty proud of how far I've come in just a few months.

B: Egg with cheese and mushrooms. Small bit of cottage cheese

S: light string cheese

L: Hickory Farms BBQ chicken bites

S: Toasted coconut Light and Fit yogurt

D: Ground chicken with marinara and parmesan cheese

I wish I had time to take a relaxation class! I don't even know what that is, but it sounds wonderful!

i had resolved to be a good eater yesterday and I failed miserably. Today will be better.
