Not really sure what I'll be eating today since we're going to a party this afternoon.  I've made beef stew, so at least there's that!  

1: frankenshake
1.1: cream cheese, pretzels (an old favorite that I wanted to revisit due to the presence of pretzels and cream cheese)
2: ??
3: hobbit party! 

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 27:03 running for a total of 1.3 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch-  beef bolonnaise

dinner - Pesto chicken

water - ok

vitamins - on track

exercise - I hope to use the recumbent bike today.   Time to get back to exercise

L: Hickory Farms Grilled Chicken Bites

S: Light and Fit yogurt, caramel apple pie

D: Ground chicken with marinara and parmesan cheese

S: may need one to boost protein.

E: walked 4.2 miles this morning, on local trail to the Nixon Library

V: on track

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

B: cheese omlette, raisin toast 

I probably had a fraction of this. I even ordered the kids meal lol. I don't eat as much at breakfast though.

L:greek yogurt with walnuts

S1: cheese "crackers" and chicken salad

D: salad with grilled chicken, shredded cheese, and sliced eggs yumm!

Vitamins: yup

Water: half way...

Exercise: stationary bike 30mi

Finally in New Orleans! Pouring rain so I decided to order takeout.

B: (on the road in Alabama): scrambled eggs, tangerine, mini-corn muffin

L: (on the road in Mississippi): Arby's beef sandwich (without the bread; just the beef), 10 curly fries

D: (in NO): Miso soup, spicy salmon sushi roll

W: Have to catch up a bit. I deliberately drink a little less on a long road trip to avoid having to stop every hour.

V: Done

E: Walked a mile in the pouring rain. Drenched to the bone.

 

What's a hobbit party?

OOOhhh Louisiana and beignets = heaven!!! Stay far far away from these if you can 

And if you can't.....have a very small piece for me.

I plan to have one and only one beignet at Cafe du Monde during my entire 5-week stay. I'll try to think of you as I eat it, but the flavor may push all other thoughts out of my mind, so I can't make any promises.
