Thank you. I have been scouring the forum for all sorts of things, and I do find that it is very helpful. I'm going through VSG with Dr. Katz in Michigan. I was impressed with his office, staff, and his bedside manner. I will check into Dr. Alvarez.

Welcome to the group and good luck with your journey. Keep using this site as a resource and for support, I heavily relied on it for months before and years after surgery and its very helpful to know what you are getting into beforehand.

Welcome Dawn!  Good luck on your journey.  I agree these forums are great.  It's so nice to be able to come on here and get information from others who are on the same path or who are already postop.  I'm so glad this forum is here.
