Hi everyone!

Just wanted to check in and see how my family is doing. Sorry I havent been around often but all is great with me. I've been enjoying life and learning to live a balanced life while including things I love and staying in control. I've remained extremly active with weight lifting, jiu jitsu, and running. I still continue to monitor everything I eat, however now it just comes effortlessly and without much thought. For those of you that are early on just stick to what you know and don't cheat yourself... You can all do it!

Maintenance is not hard if you just stick to the basics and stay mindful of what you are eating. Stay active even if just a little.

As for the Jason Statham comment you wouldnt believe how many times I've heard that. I even have the replica Jason Statham sun glasses I wore one day as a joke. :)
