I'm also really working on being on plan. I think I'm coming to terms with the fact that I've just got to change my meal schedule and, perhaps, it'll be best to split "lunch" into two meals so that my time between meals isn't so drastic. (Like you, I've got a three meal a day plan.)
1: frankenshake
2: egg bacon breakfast bowl from wawa
3: leftover egg bacon breakfast bowl from wawa
3.1: almonds during class (I'm in class from 4-9 on Thursdays)
4: protein shake in car on the way home
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: I'll do this after I take a quiz for my Sport Management class - running (half marathon training day 2), yoga stretching, lifting (NROL break-in day 2)

Me too! I'm resolved to stay on plan and make good choices! I'm working with a friend to help me stay on track. And I need to get back to exercising. We're hopefully going to Vegas in a month and I need to be below, not above, my goal weight when we go. I too struggle with having to long of a time between meals since I'm also on a three meal a day plan. I stopped at the store on my way to work this morning to get some healthy snacks. My problem is that I eat breakfast about 6 and then lunch at about 1:30. But, my student takes out the kitchen trash at 10:15nd the ladies in the kitchen always have cinnamon toast, bagels, cookies, candy, etc sitting out for people to eat. It is torture for me. I need to make sure I have eaten and don't have room to eat something like that when I go there because I've realized that I don't have any willpower at that time and place for some reason.
B: scrambled egg with cheese, steak and a green chile
S: perky turkey jerky
L: leftover steak with cheese and a few crackers
D: I'm not sure. I made lasagna for everyone else. Usually I keep out some sauce and meat and eat that with some cheese, but I didn't have any extra this time. Probably, I'll have a few bites of lasagna and then some other leftovers.
W & V: on track
E: I need to figure out something I can stick with
Crack slaw is a wonderful low carb, low cal dish that Kairk posted a long time ago when I was starting out. It has ground beef and cabbage in a sauce with sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar and hot sauce. its delicious, hence, crack slaw. I posted it on the recipe forum a while ago.
Here's the link. http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/recipe/5360620/Crack-Slaw/
I hope you enjoy it.
