I'm not entirely sure what I'll be eating for dinner, since it's leftover night. I might just have tofu since I already had delicious leftover pulled pork for lunch. Although I think there's a lone burger patty in the fridge that might be a good option.

1: frankenshake
1.1: cheese
2: leftover pulled pork with homemade bbq sauce
3: burger with salad stuff

exercise: First day of my new plan! I started my half marathon plan today as well as my New Rules of Lifting regimen. :D Low mileage since the plan starts out slow. 16:36 running for a total of .85 miles, 15 minutes yoga (beginner stretches for running), 22:27 lifting (NROL break-in A)

How about you?

I got off track while we were out of town last week. Getting back in the groove today. Best news, I have an appointment to hopefully have my tubal ligation reversed. It isn't until the end of December but I'm super excited to have the process started.

B: green chili relleno casserole with hamburger

S: yogurt and granola and a half a mini bagel with peanut butter

L: some kind of leftovers...perhaps balsamic chicken or taco soup

D: roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy. This is my absolute favorite meal ever.

W & V: on track

E: I need to get back in the swing of things. I did really well a few weeks ago and then it fell apart.
