My therapist and I determined that I need the accountability of posting my meals daily, so I guess I'll be starting this thread if no one else does!
1: frankenshake
2: two blocks tofu, 1 oz sesame sticks from wawa
2.1: 4 ounces brie
3: pulled pork, homemade bbq sauce, roasted beet and feta salad
exercise: 45 minutes yoga (15 min morning stretches for back pain, 15 min intermediate combination, 15 min twist & align for back pain)

Drove from New Orleans to Tampa today. Not as good as it could be but not as bad either:
B: 1/2 Egg McMuffin w/cheese minus half the bread
L: German white veal sausage (Weisswurst), bit of German potato salad
D: Broiled whitefish, salad
V&W: Done
E: Shifting in the car seat to keep my tailbone from hurting. Swimming in hotel pool tomorrow.
